Products are sent by certified mail with tracking number.

- 5-10 working days for the European Union.
- 10-15 working days for the rest of the world.
Shipping cost are fixed up to a weight of 1 kg. Irrespective of what you buy, you’ll pay just:
- Spain > 4,90€
- Canary Islands and Portugal > 7,90€
- European countries: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy and The Netherlands > 13,50€
- Rest of countries > 30€
In case you need a more urgent delivery or if the products weigh more than 1 kg., delivery times and shipping costs will be communicated to you upon request to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
– You will receive the package within the abovementioned delivery times counting from the moment the shipment is confirmed.
– We’ll provide you with a tracking number allowing you to check the product shipment status for ensuring a correct reception of the package.
– The courier company will try to deliver the package at the indicated address twice. In case there is nobody there to receive the package, they will contact you for agreeing a date and time for a new delivery, or else you could decide to pick up the package at a corresponding courier company office before ten days.
– Any change in the delivery address after the shipment is notified will be charged as a new shipment. Please, make sure there will be someone to receive the package at the delivery address. In case you realize the delivery address is wrong after making an order, please write us as soon as possible and we’ll try to make the appropriate change in the delivery address before shipping.
– Extra expenses deriving from possible mistakes by the customer in connection with the delivery address will be charged to the customer.
In order to avoid incidences in the delivery of the package, please make sure the delivery address provided upon making an order is correct and complete (street No., floor, post code, etc.). Make sure also that somebody will be available for receiving the package during working hours (if necessary, we could send the package to your office or to some friend or relative). Don’t forget to provide your telephone number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 calendar days from the time of receipt of your order for any exchange or return.
You’ll have to send us the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with no wear or tear. Product return must be carried out by certified mail or any other system having delivery confirmation (courier company, etc.). Product return expenses are charged to the customer. Once the product is received and its condition checked, we will refund the cost of the product (not including the shipment costs) through the same payment means employed for the original payment. PRICES, INVOICE AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
All prices indicated in our website are in Euros and include VAT. These prices apply except in case of typographic error. We reserve the right to change the prices shown at the webpage without previous notice. Shipping costs are added upon confirming the order.
Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll send the customer a ticket along with the package. This ticket is merely valid as a proof of purchase, but not as an invoice. In case you need an official invoice, please contact us providing us with the necessary data at: firstname.lastname@example.org
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Any customer has the right to withdraw from the present contact within 14 days without any justification, although any product having signs of having been manipulated will be rejected.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer, different from the courier company, receives the product.
In order to execute the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a declaration to the following e-mail address: email@example.com.
The withdrawal period is met if the relevant communication by the customer is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
Once the e-mail notifying the withdrawal is received, we will refund all payments received, except for the shipping costs, without any delay and, in any case, at the most 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the present contact.
The customer must return the products in their original packaging and with all the labels to an indicated address without any delay, in any case at the most 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the present contact.
